– If you have already registered for AeroNDT2023 and find that you are unable to attend the conference, please contact the Secretariat to ask for a refund and cancel your registration.
– Presenters are not allowed to cancel their registration after July 30, 2023.
– The administration fee (Bank charges for remittance, Cancellation fee of credit card payment) will be charged for the refund.
– Please note that there may be a slight difference in the final refund amount you receive due to the difference in the currency exchange rate.
